What is a pinsa?

A pinsa is an Italian-style flatbread similar to pizza but with a lighter, airier texture. Its dough is made from a blend of flours, a mix that’s lower in gluten, higher in protein, easier to digest, and is slow-fermented for maximum flavor.
The result? A crisp outside, soft fluffy inside, and all the satisfaction of pizza with none of the heaviness.
